shipping policy

We ship from Karama, Dubai. Once your order is confirmed, our team packs it within 30 minutes. You’ll receive a WhatsApp confirmation with tracking (for worldwide) or live updates for UAE express.

  • 📍 UAE (Dubai & all emirates): 2‑4 hours delivery via our express riders. Orders before 6pm arrive the same day. Cash on delivery available.
  • ✈️ International: 3‑7 business days via DHL/FedEx priority. Tracking link sent via WhatsApp/email. Customs/duties may apply – buyer is responsible.
  • 📦 Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout. For UAE, often free for orders above 199 AED. Worldwide rates are very competitive.
  • 🕒 Order cut-off: For 2‑4h UAE, place order before 6pm. After 6pm, delivery next morning.
Pickup in Karama? We’re an online store, but if you’re in Karama, contact us via WhatsApp – we may arrange express hand-delivery in person.

returns & exchanges

We want you to be happy with your replica. If there’s an issue, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Our 24/7 team will assist.

  • ❌ Change of mind? We accept returns within 48h, but buyer pays return shipping. Refund issued after inspection.
  • ⚡ Refund timing: Processed within 24h after return arrives. Original payment method (card/COD) – may take 2‑3 days to reflect.

lost / damaged / customs
